    Terms and Conditions

    • We’ll never charge you a penny more than what we pay for the food.

    • Prices could change from the supplier from time to time at which point we’ll pass the price change on to you with suitable notice.

    • To keep things simple, you’ll need to sign up for lunch and tea for all sessions rather than pick and choose certain days and sessions.

    • We’ll remove the cost of food from your sessions if you are away and have given us 30 days notice, such as a holiday. For other absences we’ll still apply the food charges to your invoice.

    • We’ll remove the cost of food for any closures and bank holidays.

    • If for whatever reason in your first month of opting for the food you wish to no longer do so, we’ll stop your order right away and amend your invoice for any future sessions where food would have been included. However after the first month we’ll need a month's notice to cancel your food order.
